Marketing and Loyalty Platforms

Provide Businesses an opportunity to provide 'Live Shopping video demos' of product and/or service and allow customers to add items to cart and make purchase while viewing the shopping demo. As influencers continue to grow this may be another advantage to attract businesses as well as differentiate the platform from competitors. Shopify offers live shopping integrations with a few platforms, such as: buywith Livestream Shopping Live Shopping by Amperstand After brief research it looks like customers are able to add items to their Shopify shopping cart and make purchase during the Live demo. We can use our widget to integrate with shopify , but i don't think customers will be able to add items to their cart while viewing the video.

There should be an option where a box appears allowing the user to sign up for emails (announcing menu changes or events) that way email marketing can be another resource we could use more effectively while complying with GDPR laws and privacy rights.

We need One time Coupons, Referrall system and Loyalty Rewards in order to engage with costumers and retain them in our business also make us more competitive.

When listing business, if a business has a promotion/discount, a part of the discount badge, it would be good to show a label or text highlighting the conditions of the offer (e.g. Spend £20, get 10% off). This would allow customers, in a easy way, to understand when the discount applies and it would be easier for comparing promotions between different businesses. Currently, V4 captures this information in a tab within the Business Information, however this doesn't exist in the React Web.
