Big vote for this. Absolutely crucial, we cant have all staff access to all superadmin features and putting our business in danger if anything is clicked or amended by mistake for example on settings. There needs to be a user with access to customer details, all orders and / or driver dashboard. We migrated from another saas to Ordering as they offered many great features but this I must say was a surprise to find not available as its such a basic and widely used feature that didn't even dawn to us to check before enrolling.

Sergio Advanced User Roles exactly as Waqas Mukhtarn nicely outlined is extremely critical for a delivery provider at scale with many employees to utilize the Ordering platform. Please implement this within the next 2 months.

There are two issues:
- Sellers have access to full customer data (name, address, email, phone number). Like this our sellers often solicit direct business with our customers to cut us out!!
- all staff have access - as there is only one level of access.
Solutions:
- Please remove the Customer data from the seller platform (can keep first name and maybe the area) but very important to remove all contact details.
- Create different levels of access - and Customer service can only access current customer details, or one by one customer detail, not able to download full order history files. Only admin should be able to do this.

This option will help creating any custom role as per business needs (such as center employee etc)
We should be able to assign Custom Roles to any user (individually or in bulk)
