The business app should give a loud sound when order recieve to the restaurant in business app. Its very very importent.

If we receive 2 orders together, one of them is always missed. There should be functionality to keep alerting about pending orders on specific intervals (every 2 or 5 mins maybe)

Does anyone else still have this problem or is just me?  I receive the notification however the sound is just a normal beep like a message. 
If I open the driver app I will get the consistent beeping sound which is great and it will work like this for a short period of time, however if I just leave my phone and don't have the app open the notification will just revert back to single beep (like a txt or any other notification)
I have used other apps before like tookan that never have this issue.  It is only ordering where I have this problem.

Agree, the app notification is not consistently across devices. Ordering is saying it is the device that is the problem. If there is something that can be done to ensure a consistent and repeatted notification always happens it would help a lot!

Johann: agreed it is essential that drivers and business always get the notification of new job even if their device screen is off. I hope they can fix it.
